Like most people, I take time in January to set goals for myself both personally and professionally. In my personal life, I’m hoping to spend less time on social media in the evenings, create (and stick to) a better night time routine, and spend more of my dollars supporting small businesses.
On the professional side, there are far too many goals I want to achieve this year, so I narrowed them down to two main ones.
The first is I want to help more people find their dream home. The past two years have been really tough for buyers. So many have been priced out of the market and because of that, have put their plans on hold. With the playing field leveling off a bit, I hope to help more buyers find their dream home and move forward with their lives. So, if you know anyone looking to make a move in 2023 please have them reach out to me - it is never too early to start the conversation.
My second goal is to grow my YouTube channel. Back in the fall I started a YouTube channel with the goal of covering topics such as local and national real estate news, market updates, homeowner life, living in MA (traveling, restaurants, entertainment), and a behind the scenes look at life as a Realtor.
It’s been so much fun but a definite steep learning curve! I’ve had to learn how to film, edit, post videos, and come up with content ideas that others will find interesting, fun, and educational. My creative juices have been flowing and I have a lot of ideas for 2023!
